We are having our first PBL (FBLA Collegiate) meeting next Thursday 9/7 at 11 am in CBIT 126. Please come and please invite others who might be interested. FBLA Collegiate is a club for students who are interested in business and enterprise. It provides opportunities to travel to other colleges and universities and network and compete with students and business people from around the state and the country. At our first meeting we will discuss a little more about the club and some of the events that are happening this year.

Homecoming is next week. Don't forget to dress up and show your EAC PBL spirit!

Here is a volunteer opportunity for our PBL chapter in November. Please let Dr. Campbell know if you are interested in helping.

Elizabeth Henley is looking for volunteers to assist with Dino Days!! Please see details below.


Hundreds of children and adults attend this event and volunteer support is integral to its success. Marketing materials for the event are not yet available, but here are the basic details...

Dino Days

Safford Library

Wednesday, November 10th

9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Servicing ages 3-5

Volunteer shifts will fall w/in the 8 a.m.-3 p.m. range for one-two hour shifts OR even longer (preferred).


Volunteers can expect to help with set up and clean up and, most especially, help facilitate different stations with a fun dinosaur theme (all of the activities will be ready ahead of time). A meal will be provided for those volunteers that are working very long shifts or all day. This is a great event for EAC's students to volunteer at because they bring their energy, stamina, and a fun vibe for participants. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!
