Sewing skills are being introduced in THS Family and Consumer Science (formerly Home Economics) classes and we need some additional supplies! If you have a stash of sewing notions/supplies you're not using and would like to donate them to the Thackerville FCS program, please contact Sandi Wolfe at the High School.

Items include, but not limited to, cutting boards, fabric shears, seam rippers, pins and pincushions, threads, sewing needles, buttons, simple starter patterns, etc.

With the State Legislators passing SB 1481, which added recess time to the elementary school day. Thackerville Elementary will add 5 minutes to the end of the day and release students at 3:20 PM.

The middle school and high school will still release at 3:15 PM.

Open House/meet the teacher tonight from 5-7 pm. Come meet your teachers and pick up your schedules. Also, all enrolled students will receive a free snow cone. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Reminder for all Athletes in Grades 6-12

Attention Parents and Guardians: the OSSAA has partnered with
Rank One to help simplify the eligibility process.
**Parents of all Athletes in Grades 6-12
Parents must create an account on Rank One to complete the required documentation to participate. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience.
Follow the directions below to complete the process.
1. Go to www.rankone.com
2. Select “Parents click here”
3. Click "Go to Forms" under Online Forms
4. Scroll to select “Oklahoma”
5. Scroll to select “Thackerville Public Schools”
6. Select “Create new account”
7. When creating an account, you must know the student ID number (Lunch Code). That number can be found on your Sylogist parent portal.
8. Once there, you will fill out the 2 required forms. Click "Start Forms". Fill out Form 1 and Form 2. Parent and Student will sign.
9. Once the forms are complete and correct, your child’s name will turn green in the system. This can take a while to process.
This will only take a few minutes to complete. Please contact the HS office if you have any questions.
