Summer camp kickoff started with the school-agers going to Main Event. They bowel ,play games ,laser tag and golf too .

Garden/Cooking- We made a homemade dip to eat with our cucumbers from the garden today. The dip consisted of green onions and lemon basil from our garden with some mayo. It was delicious.!!

RSA was visited today by a specail visitor. He came from space and brought us pizza. He is the space ranger that we all want to be!

Rainy garden update: Rain water is liquid gold to a vegetable garden, but to much of anything is never good 😕.

What better way to open up summer camp than the return of Mr. Robert and the implementation of STEM project-based learning? That’s not all……. He’s bright a special guest. That’s right. She’s fresh. She’s excited. She’s ready to tag team with Mr. Robert this year. Her name is Ms. Giselle. This week, we kicked off STEM with a focus on the universe. First up, we “took off” to outer space. We “unraveled” Earth’s core. How many layers did we have? Can you remember them?

Parents, tag you’re it! Please keep your child with the desire to learn by asking:
1. What was the outer layer of the earth called? (The crust)
2. What were the other layers called?
