Did our monthly park clean up at Bay Street Park. 👀Ahhh making Texas City prettier little by little -go!
Several of our Green Stings participated in the Adopt-A-Beach Clean-up on Galveston Island AND we got to see our "bucket" compete in the "Beautify the Bucket Challenge!" Despite a torrential downpour during registration, the weather cleared up and we enjoyed a beautiful day cleaning and greening a good portion of Pirate's Beach!

Great turnout at the first meeting since the TCHS club fair! Out of the 110 students that signed up at the club fair, 67 students attended. Thank you for your attention, questions, and enthusiasm! Mr. Thompson and I cannot wait to work with you all this year to facilitate environmental efforts at TCHS and the community!
