Recently EAST Facilitator Carla Phares and Science Teacher Hannah Hubrel attended the FINS training in Columbus, Arkansas.

Arkansas High School is working towards becoming an AGFC School of Conservation!

The benefits would provide our high school with:

The Texarkana Arkansas School District mourns the loss of Elgie Richards, Jr., a beloved teacher at Trice Elementary and assistant basketball and football coach.

Mr. Richards dedicated himself to serving our students both in the classroom and through athletics. His impact will be remembered by the students, colleagues, families, and fellow Razorbacks whose lives he touched.

Our deepest condolences are with the Richards family, including longtime TASD educator Elgie Richards Sr., as well as the Trice Elementary and TASD families during this difficult time.

We honor Mr. Richards’ life, service, and the legacy he leaves within our Razorback family.
