We offer classes for any age range starting as young as 5 and up through adult classes. Our students learn self defense, self control, self confidence, and respect! Good news!! The a/c is repaired. Class as usual.

Classes are closed for Thursday. A/C is still out. Too uncomfortable to workout. I will update on the repair status. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please share!

Our A/C is still out, they are going to replace it, so we are without cold air again! It’s been worked on since Friday, but parts are having to be ordered. We will have large fans going however! Come on out and get a hot workout!
