About Me -
God, Family & Music...in that order.
My love of music started at a young age. I have been playing the violin since I was 5 & learned to play the drums & guitar by 10.
I joined the Praise & Worship Band for the Fusion Ministry at FBC Texarkana in 2012.
I was home schooled for most of my school years & also attended PGISD. Homeschooling allowed me a lot of free time to develop my musical ability. I graduated high school a year & a half early & I am currently enrolled in TC. I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration & plan to open a Music School one day. I would also love to serve in the ministry as a Music Leader some time in the future.
About The Lessons
Lessons are 30 minutes each week. Students will be given a folder to take home to document that they practice each day. And as the saying goes "practice makes perfect". For beginners we will also learn some basic music theory that will help them regardless of what instrument they may choose to play in the future.
Investment- SInce I am a new teacher my beginning rate is $50 month. (normal for our area is $80) I plan to increase in January to $65 per month after we have had our first performance & I will have "proved myself" as a teacher. I will try to provide young students a balance between learning & fun. Increasing the cost will also allow me to eventually quit my part time job & take more college classes.
