Last year Salt and Light Academy joined with Liberty Education Center for our in person classes. In my opinion it is one of the best decisions we made. I absolutely love working with these wonderful people and our in person students feel right at home. This was our math lesson today. One student would call out the math facts. The others would build the fact and provide the solution.

This sweet, sassy, smart, kind, funny, and much more girl has seize to amaze me. Chloe has been with our online program at Salt and Light for two years now. She was diagnosed with dyslexia when she attended public school and because Chloe wasn’t given the attention that she needed she struggled to learn how to read. She was simply being swept under the rug. Chloe’s mom reached out to me and said we have to get Chloe reading. I told her we can do that for sure. Chloe is such a hard worker, she pushes through any challege , and NEVER says she cannot do it she keeps trying no matter the circumstance. I am so proud of her and the improvement that she has made. She now can read, use strategies, sound out words, and learning how to read sentences within one breath. She is becoming more and more fluent. I an not bashing public school. i have taught in public school. i am just saying it may not be right for your student. If it’s not right for your student reach out and see what are your options. Chloe you are my HERO!!!

Salt and Light Academy is proud to announce we have joined ministries with Liberty Education Center. we will hold in person class at 3000 Flower Acre Street in Texarkana, Texas. We are currently enrolling for Pre K 4 through 12th grade. It is a great honor to join ministry with LEC. i truly believe this is God ordered. We will be doing a meet the yeacher and staff Monday at 6:00. All are welcome to come and join in the celebration.

Welcome back Salt and Light students. We held our first virtual week and it went great!!! Mrs.Carrie Kuehl you are simply fabulous!! We will begin in person class September 5th.
