Happy 1️⃣1️⃣ year anniversary to Miss Barbie!! 🥳 Barbie has called our Toddler Room aka the Bunny Room her home, and the families in it, her family, during her career at TLC! Anyone lucky enough to step foot in the Bunny Room feels Barbie’s BIG love instantly! She has welcomed hundreds of children into her heart! Barbie cares for each and every child, whether they are in her classroom or not. Her attention to detail on the needs of our children is unmatched. So many children and families have been so lucky to feel this love! Barbie’s flair for the arts and crafts always impresses the children and families! Her decorations and children’s crafts have filled our halls and your fridge for many years! We are so very lucky to have Barbie as a part of our TLC family! Happy 1️⃣9️⃣ year anniversary to Miss Becky!! Becky started with TLC in the Bee Room as a the lead teacher when our friends had 1/2 day kindergarten in 2007! In 2009 Miss Becky moved to be the lead teacher in the Duck Room! She educated hundreds of children in her years in the classroom. An uncountable number of booboos healed, hands held, numbers counted, hearts connected, and memories made. Miss Becky found her current home in 2019 as one of our lead admins, and now the Director of Business and Operations. Miss Becky has lead TLC through challenges and triumphs, join us in congratulating her and thanking her for her many years of dedication to our children, families, and educators. ❤️🎉📚

Join us next Friday, August 14 at 10:15am! Celebrate all you accomplished this summer with bubbles, freeze pops (while supplies last), and different community vehicles to explore! We will hold this event in the overflow parking lot behind the library (off of Prospect St.) This event will cancel in inclement weather.

Thank you to Plymouth Volunteer Ambulance Core, Plymouth Police Department, Terryville Volunteer Fire Department, and Plymouth Public Works for providing their vehicles and time.

Happy 4 year anniversary to Miss Kady!! 💗🥳 Miss Kady recently accepted the Lead Teacher position in the Duck Room and we could not be more thrilled! She is committed to furthering her education and supporting our young learners! Miss Kady always is in tune to each child’s individual needs, supporting them in so many ways! 🌟 Our school aged friends visited Nystrom Park, they had so much fun!
🌟 Miss Jona from Infinity Music Therapy visited our friends of ALL ages!
🌟 Popsicle Fridays, themed weeks, take home crafts, daily water play…summer is our favorite!

The Learning Center hosted the first FREE CPR/First Aid certification course last weekend! We are so thrilled to be able to be a part of this wonderful cause! Thanks to funding provided by The Early Childhood Partnership of Plymouth, Thomaston, and Watertown!

Also a thank you to and UConn Health for spending time at the event discussing the importance of mental health and skin care/sunscreen use!
