College Mound Special Utility District

College Mound Special Utility District College Mound SUD supplies water to some of the rural areas of Terrell and Kaufman, Texas. We serve over 3500 connections and have 275 miles of water lines.

Our service boundaries cover from FM 2727 @ State Hwy 243 east to the Van Zandt County Line and from Hwy 80 @ FM 429 south to FM 1836 (south of Hwy 243).

Customers on FM 429 from Sue Ann Lane to CR 124, CR 124, Taylor Rd, Merle Dr, Frann Dr, and CR 125 may experience low to extremely low water pressure. Crews are onsite to make the repair and will remain onsite until repair is complete.

Main Line Repair on FM 2728 today. Customers on the west side of FM 2728 from CR 136 to CR 137 may experience low to extremely low water pressure.
Edited to include CR 131, CR 131A, CR 131B, CR 136, Anglin Way, Bradeen Dr., Crow Lane and CR 137.

UPDATE: The leak is affecting a larger area than anticipated. All customers South of 2727 on FM 429 to SH 243 and all side roads and all customers on FM 2727 west to 243 and all side roads and customers on SH 243 east to CR 101 and all side roads will be affected.

Line repairs will take place today beginning at 10 am at FM 2727 and Highland Acres. Customers on FM 2727 from CR 141 to Highland Acres and all of Highland Acres may experience low to extremely low water pressure during this repair. The repair will take approximately 3 hours to complete.
