Thank you for the last 3 1/2 years! Thank you for trusting me, embracing new ideas, and for allowing me to challenge each of you in order to foster your development and GROWTH.

It has been an absolute pleasure serving as your ADVOCATE to make sure you all felt valued, included, and celebrated for your contributions on the campus of Indiana State University and far beyond the city limits of Terre Haute.

I understood the assignment and we made it happen! Continue to tell the story of WHY our organizations matter and why REPRESENTATION MATTERS!

Irvin National Chapter of the Year award at the fraternity's 84th Grand Chapter meeting held in Philadelphia, PA. Accepting the award is Thomas Starks, Chapter Polemarch, and Director of Interfraternal Relations for the National Pan-Hellenic Council. Congratulations on this amazing honor!!!
