Memorial Preschool Memorial Preschool ~ A Smart Choice
Offering preschool classes for two year olds through Pre-K aged

Memorial Preschool is an outreach program developed by the church in 1983. Classes are offered for 2 year olds, 3 year olds, 4 year olds/Pre-K students. Teachers openly welcome each child, accepting each as an individual with his or her own way of growing and learning. The child's time is organized to provide positive learning through a balance of active and inactive work and play. The curriculum is planned with a hands-on approach through integration of learning. Children's growth and progress is shared with the parents through conferences, written reports, and daily contact. While we will not be instructing the children in a particular religious doctrine, we do have a Christian influence in all we do, working and playing with the children in a caring and nurturing environment.

🥜❤️ PEANUT BUTTER DRIVE! ❤️🥜

Memorial Preschool is excited to be participating in the WBGL Kindness Club, teaching our preschoolers that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a BIG difference! 💕

For our first kindness project, we are collecting jars of peanut butter to donate to the 14th & Chestnut Community Center

Our Goal: 200+ jars!
Please bring donations by Wednesday, October 14th.

And there’s a little extra motivation for our preschoolers… 👀😂 If we collect over 200 jars by the 14th our students will get to throw whipped cream pies at Ms. Christy and Ms. Missy during our Fall Festival! 🥧🤣

We will collect them up until October 22nd, the goal is to collect 200 by the 14th to be able to throw the pie at the directors!

So grab an extra jar (or two!) while you’re grocery shopping and help us teach our little ones the joy of giving, sharing, and being kind! 💛

Let’s see if we can reach 200 jars! 🥜🥜🥜❤️

📢 Reminder for October 1st! 📢

Vigo County School Corporation will have a 2-hour delay on Thursday, October 1st, but Memorial Preschool will NOT! 😊

We will be on our normal schedule that day.

Please plan accordingly and make sure your little ones arrive at their regular time!

Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 23rd, we’re asking everyone to wear YELLOW or GOLD in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! 🎗️💛 Let’s fill our school with a little extra sunshine as we show our support for all the brave children and families affected by childhood cancer. 🤍

Our directors work hard behind the scenes and alongside our teachers to create a loving, welcoming, and fun environment for all of our preschool families. We are so thankful for their dedication, leadership, and love for Memorial!
