REMINDER! - Registration closes tomorrow so we can plan for the class. Dinner is included each night so you won't have to worry about cooking on those days. There will also be food to take home for all participants. We can't wait to see you all there!

Sharing another Chair Yoga class from the archives since our regular instructor, Devaki is out of the country currently. She will return for live chair yoga on Nov. 18th at 9:00 am.

In this 4-Week class series, learn how healthy food choices can help prevent & reverse heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, digestive issues and more! A bonus session on healthy holiday choices is included. Optional labs are available to help participants gauge how the changes impact their health. Dinner will be served along with a demonstration of the meal and a bag of food to take home.
