I am excited to officially announce that I, Eric Valdez, along with Erik Smith, will be coaching the EV Baseball 14U Majors team for the upcoming season.
This isn’t just another travel baseball team. This is an opportunity to build something special.
Together, Coach Erik Smith and I are committed to creating a culture built on accountability, discipline, hard work, and player development. We want to develop complete athletes—not just better baseball players, but young men who are prepared for challenges both on and off the field.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of athletes through EV Baseball Academy, helping players improve their hitting, pitching, strength, speed, and mental approach to the game. That experience, combined with Coach Smith’s passion for developing athletes and building relationships, gives our players a coaching staff dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.
