Hello, it is with great, great sadness that the Miss Ebony Scholarship Pageant 2020 planning committee has decided to cancel the 2020 pageant. We considered other alternatives (virtual in part or all); but felt the risk was too great for students and those that wish to support them to attend any in-person function.

We will plan several workshops to prepare those interested in participating in the 2021 program. You will receive more information once the workshops are developed.

But, we do have some positive news to share. The 2020 Miss Ebony Scholarship Pageant has determined to provide an opportunity for students at Indiana State University to apply for a $500 scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded during Fall of 2020. It will be based on essays that focus on specific questions. The requirements, questions, and time line will be provided after Labor Day.

We thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Respectfully, Miss Ebony Planning Committee
