Heyyyy👋🏽😊
You know when people say, “ You are what you eat?” Think of your thoughts as fuel to your Mindy, Body & Spirit. Depending on what your body needs, you may need to use unleaded or that good A-grade premium to feel like yourself😉
For some, their minds are like great & giant mazes. Filled with endless joyous thoughts, fond memories and imaginative opportunities. On the other hand, there are many who feel as if their minds are their greatest enemy. To a point, they would fill their minds with more harm than good.
Let’s say for example, you are someone who is rebuilding their self esteem, gaining confidence. So you decide to start within. You change your frame of mind, speaking positive affirmations, light and love into yourself every day. Setting healthy boundaries, resting, and even changing your environments for the better. You will notice your mental health and even physical health start to improve.
Now, let’s look at the opposition. You are someone who has extremely low self esteem & self awareness. Only pouring negativity into your mind and treating your body with no consideration. How do you think you will start to feel? Or even how you view yourself and others around you. Not too good, right?
Practicing mindfulness, meditation/prayer, grounding, fasting; these are the first of many steps to help you regain your sense of self and so much more.
How you speak to yourself and how you allow others to speak to you can and will affect your overall health. If you are having troublesome, reoccurring thoughts, it’s time to address them. If you do not, they will continue to haunt you like a ghost from Christmas past.
