IU School of Medicine - Terre Haute is hosting a FREE two day event for middle school to high school aged children.

These events are designed to give children a glance at the medical field.

The theme is neurology where children will learn about the brain while participating in various hands-on learning activities.

Dr. Camp (middle school) will be July 24th from 8a-4p

Camp MD (high school) will be July 25th from 8a-4p

Dr. Camp (middle school) and Camp MD (high school) are free 1-day summer camps for middle school and high school students to learn about careers in medicine from current medical students who attend the Indiana University School of Medicine at Terre Haute. It will be an interactive, fun-filled day and will include hands-on experience and realistic medical simulations.

This is a great way to introduce middle and high schoolers to medicine early in their education! Whether they are already passionate about becoming a doctor or just simply interested in learning more, we at IUSM-TH hope that Dr. Camp and Camp MD will inspire students and give them an idea of what to expect in the future.
