Madison Uneke Phillips, 17, Gresham, Oregon —
She went missing September 26th and five days have passed with no confirmed sighting.
The MCA Virtual Search Party™ needs eyes beyond Multnomah County on this one — Madison is 17 years old and she is still out there, and the only way that changes is if her face reaches people who don't know her yet.

Gresham sits on the eastern edge of the Portland metro corridor, and that corridor has been under sustained law enforcement attention in 2026. In February, the Gresham Police Department's Special Victims Team — working alongside NCMEC and the Oregon Department of Justice Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force — executed a search warrant at a Gresham residence following cyber tips routed through NCMEC. In April, a second major GPD investigation also initiated through NCMEC cyber tips concluded with a grand jury indictment of a Gresham resident. Both investigations were located within the city of Gresham, and both were triggered by NCMEC flagging active online activity targeting children in this area. Just to the west, the Portland Police Bureau's Human Trafficking Unit conducted enforcement missions along the 82nd Avenue corridor beginning April 15, 2026, recovering six teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 17. Portland law enforcement publicly described the recovery as "a stunning number, significantly higher than the norm," and regional advocacy groups confirmed that Portland has developed a documented reputation as a low-accountability environment for those who target minors — drawing individuals from outside the area. Gresham and the 82nd Avenue corridor are directly connected via the MAX light rail line. The documented enforcement activity runs east. So does the risk.
