Unplug screens and spark creativity this summer at Santa Lucia School’s Brush, Paint & Play: Art Summer Camp 2026!

Designed for ages 7–13, this hands-on camp invites children to explore their imagination through drawing, painting, crafts, storytelling, and creative writing in a fun, supportive environment. Campers will spend their days making art, building friendships, enjoying outdoor inspiration, and expressing themselves through engaging projects that encourage confidence and creativity.

From painting and nature-inspired crafts to imaginative stories and collaborative activities, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, create, and play. Whether your child already loves art or is just discovering their creative side, this camp offers a welcoming space for all skill levels.

Creek Day Fun 💦

We teamed up to explore water filtration in the best way possible, by doing! The kids were given a plastic bottle, a jar, and a quick explanation… then set loose to build their own filtration systems using resources that were provided by nature!

From sand and rocks to leaves and creative layering, they got to work and had an absolute blast. What I loved most was their determination! If the water didn’t come out clear enough, they didn’t give up… they rebuilt, adjusted, and tried again. 💪✨

Nothing better than watching curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving come to life right in the creek. Nature really is the best classroom 🌎💚

Happy Earth Day 🌎💚

Today we talked about environmental protection and how nature works in a full circle and how everything is connected. When we take care of the earth, it takes care of us right back.

It’s a good reminder that even the small things we do matter. Let’s continue to respect, protect, and support our planet every day 🌱✨
