This training focused on one of the most important aspects of professional practice — accurate and effective SOAP notes documentation.

Aleah led an informative session teaching therapists how to properly document subjective findings, objective observations, assessments, and treatment plans in a clear, compliant, and clinically sound manner.

Strong documentation supports continuity of care, professional standards, and ethical practice. This training equipped our therapists with practical tools they can immediately apply to improve charting, communication, and overall care delivery.
