Today, PES Pre-K had some very exciting guests help us wrap up our Community Transportation and Community Helpers Unit! 🚒🚓

We are so thankful that our Station 2 firefighters 👨🏿‍🚒👨🏻‍🚒, along with the Temple Police Department and Sheriff’s Office 👮🏻‍♂️👮🏻, were able to visit us and let our Pre-K friends get an up-close look at their awesome rides! The kids had so much fun learning about the important jobs they do to help keep our community safe.

We are incredibly thankful for our community heroes and for the time they took to make today so special for our students! ❤️🚒🚓💙

🌟 T is for terrific! 🌟

Our PreK friends wrapped up our study of the letter T with a special Letter T Show & Tell! 🅣💙

Our friends brought in some terrific treasures that begin with T—from turtles and teddy bears to trucks and more! 🧸🚚🐢

We had so much fun sharing our items, practicing the /t/ sound, and showing off all we’ve learned about the letter T! 💕🔤

Way to go, friends! You are TERRIFIC letter learners! 🎉👏

We have had the best time this week with Buzz Bear and Woody Bear. We have learned so many new things! This week we went to the library, started learning how to write our name, cut with scissors, learned about our dear friend Dolly, and learned about our emotions. 💚💜 We can't wait to learn about the 5 senses next week! 💙💛

📚✨ Our first trip to the library was a big success! Our little bookworms listened to a story, explored the library, and picked out some special books to bring back for our classroom library. 🥰📖

We are already falling in love with books and all the adventures they take us on! ❤️📚✨
