KBFS Professional Aviator Program (PAP)
“Takeoff to Landing”
Consider Vocational Flight Training in Lieu of a Traditional College Program
You can begin your career, “Takeoff”, and start earning to fly and after just 18 months, “Landing” a career Flying!
The Zero-to-CFI pathway is a structured aviation career track designed for students who start with no flight experience (zero time) and aim to become a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), often as a stepping-stone to professional airline careers. This route integrates private pilot training, instrument rating, commercial pilot certification, and instructor certification, allowing motivated individuals to quickly enter the workforce and begin building flight hours.
Kachemak Bay Flying Service’s Professional Aviator Program offers a focused flight program under our FAA Part 141 Flight School Certificate that allows you to complete training at reduced flight hour requirement and less expensive than some other flight schools.
To participate in this program, the student would need to be dedicated to working towards professional aviation goals full-time. Funding for the entire program would need pre-approval prior to program start. We can assist you with securing financing through accredited lending institutions such as:
· Stratus Financial
· Sallie Mae
· Edly
· AOAP
· Others
Contact us for details about the program. One of our aviation managers will be eager to explain all aspects of the program to include application process, cost, requirements and lengths of each phase of training and prerequisites for entrance into the program.
Structured pilot programs offer an intensive path to earn your Private Pilot License and advance toward commercial flying in months rather than years, providing a fast route into an airline career.
