UPDATE: After looking at the camera footage we have the person responsible for this, we also found that they had put banana peel pieces and stickers in the tanks along with taking someone's water bottle and dumping it in the tanks. They also snuck snacks out of our snack area and hid the wrappers in a afterschool students cubby.
This is what I came into the school see first thing this morning. Someone not only dumped 1/2 of the food in the tank along with trash, and finding the chemicals bottle to treat the water empty, I after tested the water and found it had been poured in the tank also. All but 2 of the cycled fish were dead and the pleco was hanging on. I will be reviewing cameras for the afterschool room today. Happy birthday to me.

We are often asked what does our cardi kickboxing class teach? Our cardio Kickboxing class teaches basic boxing skills, knee strikes, elbow strikes and real-world self-defense that anyone can use with practice and training. The other question we get asked is why do we call it cardio kickboxing? that is easy you get a good cardio work out; you will do learn certain types of kicks.

We have been here for a long-time teaching Tae Kwon Do, Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword), Cardio Kick boxing, after school program helping kids with reading, writing, math and Families through tough times. We are not going anywhere, and our summer camps registration will be opening up soon.
