I love this gym because the energy is unmatched. The strong, fit women here motivate me to push harder, the staff always make my day,even after a long shift. The music is always on point, and the Kids Club makes it so much easier to stay consistent. My daughter even asks me when we’re going to the gym. Great people, great atmosphere, and always a reason to come back stronger. 💪

The rest of our First Saturday lineup is still on:

🏋️ BodyPump — 8:00 a.m.
🔥 Hot Sculpt — 8:30 a.m. (currently waitlisted)
⚡ High Fitness — 9:00 a.m.
🧘 Yoga — 9:30 a.m.

All First Saturday classes are free and open to the community. Members can reserve through the T3 app, and guests should stop by the front desk to check availability.

It’s First Saturday, so the class is free and open to members and guests—but spots are limited!

August was full of crafts, Play-Doh, coloring, playtime, and LOTS of fun! ❤️ We’ve loved spending our days with your kiddos and watching them create, play, and make new friends.

We know everyone is settling into a new routine with school back in session, and we’re here to make fitting in your workout a little easier! 💪🏼
