Congratulations to RacerX2 on an incredible achievement at this year’s Texas Solar Car Challenge!

As the only all-girls team in the competition, RacerX2 showcased determination, skill, and teamwork from start to finish. Over the course of eight days, the team successfully passed scrutineering before taking on the cross-country road course across Texas, driving more than 350 miles.

After a hard-fought competition, RacerX2 earned 1st Place in the Electric-Solar Powered Division, finishing 15 miles ahead of the next competitor!

We are incredibly proud of these outstanding students for breaking barriers, inspiring others, and representing Temple City High School with excellence.

HelioTech has done it again!

Congratulations to our incredible HelioTech team for earning 1st Place Overall in the Cruiser Division at the Texas Solar Car Challenge Across Texas Road Race!

Over five days and more than 600 miles, our students raced across Texas, stopping in five cities while demonstrating outstanding innovation, perseverance, teamwork, and resilience. Along the way, they proudly represented Temple City High School and built lasting connections with communities that welcomed them with incredible support.

We are so proud of our students for this remarkable accomplishment and for continuing HelioTech’s tradition of excellence!

Congrats to Aaron Liu who represented TCHS at the FBLA National Leadership Conference 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, held from June 29 to July 2. Aaron competed in the Business Law objective test event, Aaron placed 3rd in the nation — out of thousands of competitors from across the country.

The Business Law category demanded a deep command of contracts, sales law, domestic and personal law, property law, employment and agency law, computer law, bankruptcy law, business corporations, and more. Huge congratulations to Aaron on this incredible achievement! 🏆📚

Shout out to the UCI Burn Center doctors and Stop the Bleed trainers who came to work with our Sports Medicine students! Students learned important lifesaving skills and the critical steps needed to help someone who is bleeding in an emergency situation. Thank you for providing our students with such valuable hands-on training and real-world experience.

a great meal and to help support the TCHS SkillsUSA Chapter
compete at the National Championships.

The Team of Athena, Jasmine, Kalea, and Bonnie won the California State Championship in "Health Knowledge Bowl"

The national finals are May 31 - June 6 in Atlanta, GA
