The infinite campus parent portal has the "schedule" tab open now so students can see officially who their teacher is. While you are checking the portal, please complete the "documents needing attention" that are listed on the home page.

If you do not see the documents, that typically means one parent had a parent account when forms were pushed out on August 12 and one parent did not create account until after Aug 12. You can request to have forms resent to the parent who needs them by contacting the helpdesk.

Please note: Resending forms is not an instantaneous process so it can take a few hours for the forms to populate to a new parent account in the system.

BPS parents that request a chromebook insurance hardship waiver, should NOT pay for insurance but WAIT for the approval to be applied to your child's account in Infinite Campus. Approvals are reviewed and applied each business day. If your approval is pending more than 2 days, please contact your child's school administrator.

Households with 4 or more students in grades 2-12 will see their youngest child/ren exempt from chromebook insurance payments in the Infinite Campus parent portal. If a parent accidentally paid for more than 3 students then they will receive a refund.

ATTN: BPS Parents: The student technology acceptable use policy, google permission, and transportation form are now available in the Infinite Campus parent portal that ALL BPS parents are asked to complete online. For grades 2-12 the chromebook insurance form and insurance payment are available and need to be complete prior to students receiving their device on their designated day during registration the week of Aug 23 for secondary. Grades 2-5 forms and payment should be complete by Sept 7.
Any parent that needs an Infinite Campus portal account can contact [email protected] or 734.850.6095. Parents that set up a new portal account may need to wait up to 24 hours for the forms to populate to the new parent accounts.

The District is working to streamline beginning of the year forms and payments for parents. The parent permission forms for technology access and chromebook payments will be done in Infinite Campus and available the morning of Monday Aug 12. Revtrak will be used for parking, athletic passes, and the like for the start of the year.

Infinite Campus will become the primary form and payment system as we move through the school year and more item set up is completed. Parents are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to make sure their Infinite Campus parent account is set up prior to Monday, Aug 12 so that the required forms are readily accessible. ALL parents Young 5-12th grade will need to sign the student Acceptable use policy and the google permission form. Parents in grades 2-12 will be able to complete the chromebook insurance form and payment.

Parents that wait to set up IC parent accounts will have to wait up to 24 hours for forms to populate into their newly created accounts.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding as we make this transition. Our ultimate goal is to house all forms and payments under one roof in Infinite Campus to make access for parents and tracking for staff, easier.
