This year’s event marked a milestone — the first to feature the Chiou Rating System, establishing a global benchmark for measuring mental-math excellence. From inspiring introductions to amazing talent showcases, the championship celebrated the spirit of Human Intelligence (HI) in the age of AI.
Note: Due to technical issues, the live watch screen during the three official game rounds was not properly recorded. Therefore, the 3-minute battles are not included in this video. However, this does not affect the competition integrity or the official results.

The MM Go World Championship 2025 is rapidly approaching, and the excitement is in the air! As we speak, all of our incredible finalists have officially checked in and are ready to embark on this thrilling journey.
This year, we have a remarkable 62 players from India, Malaysia, Taiwan, and the United States. Each of these talented competitors has earned 15 or more Gold Crowns, a testament to their dedication and skill, securing their place in this prestigious global event.
These finalists are fearless in their pursuit of victory and are ready to face every challenge head-on. It promises to be an exhilarating competition that you won’t want to miss!
