Variety: Pink Bourbon
Altitude: 1450 MOSL
Process: Honey
Drying: Natural Sun and mechanical drying with custom made temperature curve
Tasting Notes: Port wine, jasmine, cranberry, raspberry, passion fruit, toasted coconut, cocoa, pink lemonade, sarsaparilla
