What You’ll Do
Front Office Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
• Facilitate check-in/out and collect payments
• Maintain a clean, organized front office
• Provide information about services, products, and promotions
Back Office Responsibilities:
• Assist Dr. Romine and clinical team with procedures and consultations
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and supply readiness
• Document patient history and update patient records and chart
• Offer pre/post-procedure education and support
• Learn about advanced technologies in dermatology and regenerative medicine

Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or currently enrolled (healthcare, hospitality, performance arts, or related fields a plus!) Please provide a transcript (as we offer this position as a pre-graduate program)
• Proficiency in using electronic documentation systems and basic computer skills (training on our systems provided!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• A growth mindset and can-do attitude!

Phoenix Urology clinic seeking part-time medical scribes.

Starting at $16/hr, increase with experience.

Monday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday: 8am-12pm

Scribe duties may include:
1. Accompany physician into the patient examination room to transcribe history and physical exams.
2. Document accurately the physician's encounter with the patient and others present.
3. List all proper diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
4. Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications.
5. Document any procedures performed by the physician.
