This January, I was inspired to take a step outside my comfort zone. An acting class was something I always wanted to try, but never had enough nerve to. When I found Cara, I had a few questions that she answered sincerely and her gentle presence simultaneously put me at ease and filled me with hope and excitement. I signed up right away and I am so happy that I did. Through different exercises and performances, I found myself breaking through self imposed barriers, overcoming heart pounding fear and gaining confidence and compassion for myself--the right kind of challenges that made me feel "alive" again.
The class was small so we had ample time to explore and refine our weekly performances under Cara's thoughtful and honest guidance.
Whether you are looking to act professionally or are just investing in yourself, she can meet you at your level and lift you higher, so if you are on the fence about signing up, just go for it!
You will be so happy and grateful that you did. I will definitely be returning as soon as I can.
