Congratulations to January's employee of the month, Riley! Riley was chosen for her perfect attendance and her willingness to be flexible and help out any classroom. Her quality of interactions and care is the same for every child in every classroom she is thrown into. She has demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to learn about individual needs of all of the children at Next Horizons. Riley is also a product of Next Horizons as a former student. We are so thankful that she has returned to us as an educator!

Monae has been part of the Next Horizons Family for over seven years! She has excellent time management skills. She is an exemplary leader and supportive team member. She has consistently been a reliable caregiver to her kids, and they LOVE her!!!! We are beyond thankful and grateful for Monae's contribution to our program.

Congratulations to November's Employee of the Month, Asya! Asya has been a part of the Next Horizons family for over four years. She is a hard worker and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She has provided continuity of caregiving to the same children for four years. She is a reliable caregiver that all of us have come to depend on. Thank you for your dedication Asya!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Michelle Jackson! Our employee of the month for October. Michelle was nominated by both parents and her co-workers for being an exceptional caregiver. She has gone above and beyond to provide high quality care and education to her kids. She has put forth extra effort this year with her dramatic play themes. She has been an excellent mentor to her new staff and gets along great with all teachers. Michelle has been working at Next Horizons for over six years and we are so lucky to have her!
