The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts
Office of Student Success Students are encouraged to continue meeting with an advisor through senior year.
The advising team in the Herberger Institute is cross-trained in all design and arts disciplines and lead advisors in each area specialize in helping you navigate your undergraduate career. Herberger undergraduates are required to meet with an advisor every semester through 60 hours (typically the end of sophomore year) to ensure timely degree progress. ASU’s Knowledge Exchange for Resilience is seeking a part-time Web Design and Content Assistant. This will be a hands-on experience and a great opportunity to strengthen a portfolio. The ideal candidate would be experienced in creating dynamic websites and digital content. Creative Career Services is looking for student artists and designers to apply for the position of Creative Career Peer. This student leadership position will meet with students for individual and group appointments, review application and promotional materials, present to classes and coalitions on a variety of career topics, facilitate professional development events, and be an ambassador for ASU and HIDA when engaging with new firms and employers.
