Tempe Montessori School We serve as an AMI accredited school dedicated to serving children ages 3 months - 12 years old. Tempe Montessori School was founded in 1978 by Irma Letson.

For the past 34 years, it has served the children with a quality education in a safe and respected environment. Tempe Montessori School follows the philosophies and practices of Dr. Maria Montessori. We are dedicated and act in respect to all children in our community.

Last week, we celebrated the visionary who forever changed the way we understand and honor the child. 💛

Through her legacy, our classrooms are filled with joyful work, peaceful independence, and the quiet hum of children growing at their own rhythm. 🌱🎶

As the voices of children fill the air today, we are reminded of her words:
🕊️ “The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.”

Thank you, Dr. Montessori, for giving us a way to see, hear, and respect the child.

We had an amazing opportunity to attend Valley Suns Night filled with guest speakers from the and AND got a tour of the Valley Suns/Mercury practice facility.

We got to speak with the outreach team from PHX Suns and learned more about all the work they do for the community!

We hope to bring TMS to more events soon!!

As summer comes to an end and we get ready for the new year, we are excited to announce that TMS has partnered with State Forty Eight to bring the community back to school shirts!!

The theme for the new school year is ‘Cultivating Curiosity.’ With this, we hope to encourage students to ask more open-ended questions, support students in setting personal learning goals based on their interests, and encourage students to explore topics outside their comfort zone.

We are also excited to have toddler sizes available this time around!!! Shirt sizes range from 2T- Adult 2XL!

Shirts are $25.
