After careful consideration, we have decided to close BetterEDU and move forward with new opportunities.
Building BetterEDU was a labor of passion, creativity, and dedication. We deeply respect the courage it takes to create, innovate, and bring meaningful ideas into the world. We are proud of the work we accomplished and grateful to everyone who supported our mission.
Our decision comes after experiencing challenges that impacted our ability to continue building in a healthy, respectful, and productive environment. We believe strongly in the importance of professionalism, respect, boundaries, consent, and ethical collaboration.
We will not allow intimidation, disrespect, or actions that undermine innovation and creativity to define our future. Instead, we are choosing to focus our energy on projects and partnerships that align with our values and commitment to making a positive impact. We did not want to be targeted or trafficked by Japanese gang members, the most disrespectful way to treat women in tech.
Thank you to everyone who believed in BetterEDU and contributed to its journey. We are moving forward with integrity, resilience, and a continued commitment to creating better solutions for the world.
