Congratulations to the 2026 CTE Regenerative Agriculture and Viticulture Plant and Soil Science Pathway Completers!! 🌱🍇🫒

Over the last 2 years, these students have created a 5 acre regenerative farm and vineyard! They have planted 329 grapevines, over 200 olive trees, installed irrigation, built fences, planted seeds and starts for our culinary garden, harvested crops for culinary, built multiple composting systems, made compost tea, planted several fruit trees, worked alongside industry partners, hosted elementary field trips, moved a lot of soil, mulch and sandbags, earned their Farm Safety OSHA certifications, regenerated the land and created memories that will last a lifetime!

As we enter our IPM unit and focus on beneficial insects, we take delight in the countless ladybugs on our regenerative hillside farm. The love our cover crop!! 🐞🌾 Exciting to see them in all of their stages. We are grateful for their company!

Today CTE Regen Ag & Biosus harvested cabbages, kale, spinach, chard, radishes, broccoli and lettuce for our amazing .culinary_arts to create dishes for the upcoming State of the District event! 🥬🫜🥦.

We love providing them with fresh, student grown produce!! Can't wait to grow more nutrient dense food for our school!
