Dear Residents,

Hope this finds you well.

We just finished our first weekend of the pool reopening; residents were happy to get back in the pool. We are working on bringing more staff back to work, so we can extend the pool hours, add another free swim slot and open up the gym. We want to accommodate as many people as the law allows. There are many variables to consider and we will eventually get back to normal. Going forward we will be reviewing and adjusting our policy and protocols in accordance with Riverside County, State and City Regulations as well as guidance from our legal and insurance partners (counsel).

These have been trying times but we will all get through this together.

Be well and stay safe.

Sincerely,

Temeku Hills

Dear Temeku Hills Residents,

We are working toward opening our pool facility within the next week. The delays in opening have been directly related to the liability issues. The HOA is not covered by our insurance policy for claims related to viruses or pandemics.

Going forward with restricted reserved usage of the Pool, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, residence will be required to sign a waiver of liability for access and usage of these facilities. Pickleball and Tennis can now play doubles.

Re-opening has been a very complicated issue and process. The board has been reviewing the liability options so we do not jeopardize the financial stability of the HOA.

As restrictions and regulations change, we will keep all residents informed. Our main duty is to advocate for the financial security, health and safety of our HOA and all residents.

Be well and stay safe.
