Chef Cody's School of Confident Cooking WE TEACH EVERYTHING. From Hands on Regional Themed Gourmet Specialties, Hands on GUIDED Children's I have seen it ALL in kitchens....really.

We are are small, attentive, locally based cooking school for EVERYONE. Operating out of our commercial kitchen( that my wife, Tova Davis, professionally designed ) where our students/clients will receive the personal attention that they need to excel in cooking. I have seen a lot of cooking schools for home gourmands that are grossly innefficient because I belive they try to get too large.I have

been working in the food and beverage/hospitality industry for Twenty Years and I'm only 32. I want to de-mystify the confusion a lot of people feel in the kitchen. My Wife and Sous Chef (Light of my life!) has been working in Telluride with children as a Nanny and Ski Instructor for over 15 years, and is ready to shift her focus to another realm of instruction especially with the Hands on Children's Cooking Workshops.
