📣 Cub Families, have you heard about our Word of the Year at TPJHS? This year, our word is URGENCY! ⏰

We’re encouraging our students and staff to approach each day with a sense of urgency—to make the most of their time, take ownership of their learning, and understand that every moment and every opportunity matters. We’d love for you to ask your student about our Word of the Year! ❤️

Ask them what urgency means to them, how they can show it at school, and why it matters. You may be surprised by the conversations that come from one simple question:

“What does urgency mean at TPJHS?”

Let’s work together to make URGENCY more than just a word—it’s a Cubs mindset! 💪📚🐻

Homecoming pep rally and Cub Card Fundraiser was a hit!!! Over $12,500 has gone back into the classrooms for teacher supplies and student rewards these past two years!!! Thank you to all of our Cub Club partners! New Cub Cards can be picked up tomorrow after 1pm at the school! The remainder of the cards will go home with students on Tuesday 9/8 🐻

Another student, Deacon, used stamps and dojo points to purchase a Show and Tell Spotlight! He told us all about his blanket that was hand made for him around the time he was three years old. What a cool item!
