Spirit Week begins on Tuesday following our holiday weekend!

This year, our Chapel theme is the Book of Psalms. Throughout the year, we will examine our walk with God through the poems, songs, and prayers of the Psalmists.

Our students are already excited to participate in all the activities we have coming up. We're especially looking forward to completing our Spirit Week next Friday with the Race for Education and Parent Day!

Friday is Picture Day!

It's time to pick your outfit and practice your best smile. 😃 📸

Since Friday is also gym day, keep in mind that gym shirts are not required, but sneakers are.

GCS is ready to run!

Our students worked hard to write all of their notes asking family, friends, and neighbors for donations to support their hour of running and walking.

We hope that you will help us raise our goal of $25,000 through your check or online donation! If you didn't receive a letter and still want to donate, please visit https://www.gcs-online.org/make-a-donation

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." ~Romans 12:2

What a blessing it is to teach the Word of God on a daily basis, so that our students may be transformed by coming to know His will for their lives.

As a Christian school, GCS has goals for students that extend beyond academic success. It is our philosophy that Jesus Christ and His word are the foundation of wisdom and knowledge. The Bible unlocks everything we need for learning in mind, body, and spirit.

Our staff is unified around these goals, hoping that every student will obtain the following by graduation:
🟠 Profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
🔵 Academically ready for high school
🟠 Strong understanding of personal independence
🔵 An unshakable Biblical worldview

We enjoy hearing from GCS graduates about what they are doing currently, and how their time here has influenced them. If you attended GCS, please get in touch!

The GCS Race for Education will be held on October 16th.

Not only is this event a fun time for our school family, but it is also an important fundraiser. Our goal for 2026 is to raise $25,000. These funds support many aspects of our growing school.

Our donation request letters are on their way out in the mail!

If you don't receive a letter, you can still donate to the Race for Education! Simply indicate Race for Ed on the memo line of your check, or donate online at https://www.gcs-online.org/make-a-donation

"It feels good to send our children each day to such a fine place where their worldview is shaped toward Christ." ~ Rebecca M.

At GCS, we seek to bring honor and glory to the Lord by discipling children to find their identity in Him. Our hope is that students are prepared for life beyond our walls as educated individuals who have an unwavering Biblical worldview.
