Kristin A. Kemmerer began her teaching career in 2002 after graduating from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Since that time, she has been employed by Parkland School District, Sylvan Learning Centers, and currently Pocono Mountain School District. She has also obtained a Masters Degree in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes
University, and most recently, a Masters Degree in Reading from East Stroudsburg University. She is also a PA Certified Reading Specialist K-12. She is a wife, mother of two, fitness and reading enthusiast, and lover of schnoodles. Her passion is working with beginning readers to increase both their confidence and skills, supporting them to become lifelong learners and readers!
