Are you a musician who loves sharing your passion with others? Perhaps you’ve felt a spark of interest growing inside you that maybe teaching could be the perfect way to share it. Then you’ve found the ideal place! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Learning Partners who can team up with this younger generation to ignite their love for music. We’re seeking someone who’s a professional on their instrument and genuinely loves music. We’re interested in guitar players, drummers, pianists, bass players, brass players, woodwind players, string players, singers, any and every instrument. Bonus: we are also looking for art, acting teachers, and tutors. If you’re new to teaching, no worries! We’ll be there to guide you and help you learn how to teach others. Our goal is to fill The Well Music & Arts with a shared passion for learning with this next generation and growing together.

Meet Kenneth! He such a fun Learning Partner with lots of programming knowledge for our 8-bit class. He is also a great and patient tutor. You will see him helping out around the building when we need him and if you are around in the mornings, you will see him reading a book or showing an instrument to one of our music explorers. Here is what he has to say about himself: “I am a paraprofessional who specializes in tutoring, although I also help out in other classes when needed. I enjoy helping out others when they need it as well as making sure no one feels excluded or called out. I believe that everyone lives and breathes to their own rhythm so I make sure to match my students tempo instead of forcing them to march to a new one. Ultimately I try my best to make a good impression on everyone that I meet to make my classroom a better place.”
