✨ PROPER FRAMING COMPONENTS (from SAG-AFTRA’s official guidance):
– Record horizontally (landscape) unless slating full-body
– Frame mid-chest up, leaving a little headroom
– Keep a clean, neutral background
– Place the camera at eye level
– Stand a few feet from the wall for depth
– Even lighting on your face, no shadows or blown windows
– Look slightly off-camera toward your reader
– Keep the shot steady with a tripod
– Clear audio—quiet room, mic if possible
