We are so excited to officially welcome our community to The School Age Center! 💙💚

Join us TODAY, Wednesday, October 7th at 4:00 PM for our Ribbon Cutting & Community Vendor Event! ✂️🎀

Come tour our center, meet our team, learn more about what we offer our school-age children and families, and help us celebrate this exciting new chapter!

🛍️ Plus MORE local vendors and small businesses!

What Do Your Donations Help Fund? ❤️

We’ve had several people ask what their donations to our community sale actually help with, and the answer is—so much!

Childcare programs are facing increasing costs, while the resources available to help fund enrichment and educational opportunities simply have not kept pace. We are committed to keeping our doors open and, just as importantly, making sure our children continue to have opportunities to learn, play, explore, and grow.

Proceeds from donated items help us provide curriculum and educational materials, field trips and special experiences, new toys and learning centers, outdoor play equipment, art and STEM supplies, and other activities that directly benefit our children.

These events are also learning experiences themselves. Our older children have opportunities to participate alongside staff and practice real-life skills such as counting money, customer service, communication, teamwork, responsibility, organization, and good manners.

So when you donate something you no longer need—or come out and shop—you are doing much more than supporting a yard sale. You are helping us continue creating meaningful childhood experiences and educational opportunities for the children in our programs.

Every donated item, every purchase, and every person who shares our event helps. Thank you for investing in our kids. ❤️

Cleaning out your home, garage, storage unit, or just have things you no longer need? Don’t toss it — donate it!

Thomason Childcare Solutions is collecting donations for our upcoming Community Event & Yard Sale. Proceeds will go directly toward enriching our childcare programs with curriculum, art supplies, toys, field trips, activities, and other needs for our children.

We’re accepting new or gently used items, including clothing, shoes, toys, books, baby items, home décor, household goods, kitchen items, small furniture, tools, sporting goods, craft supplies, seasonal décor, collectibles, and more.

🚚 THE BEST PART — WE CAN PICK IT UP!

We have a truck available and can coordinate pickup of your donated items.

Had a yard sale and don’t want to pack everything back up? CALL US! 😂 We may just take those leftovers off your hands.
