As we conclude another successful BFMS BFASST Summer Program, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who helped make this summer a meaningful experience for our students.
To our incredible teachers, counselors, support staff, office staff, security personnel, and program lead -Mrs. Holley Garcia —thank you for your commitment to our students. Your dedication, creativity, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that our students were supported academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the month. Because of your efforts, our learners entered each day knowing they were valued, challenged, and encouraged to grow. This is the BF Way!
To our families, thank you for entrusting us with your children this summer. Your partnership, encouragement, and commitment to consistent attendance helped create an environment where students could continue learning, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and prepare for a successful school year. We appreciate your continued support of Benjamin Franklin Middle School and our shared mission of student success.
Most importantly, congratulations to our students! Thank you for showing resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn throughout the summer. Whether you strengthened foundational skills, explored new opportunities, or simply grew in confidence, each of you should be proud of your accomplishments. Continue to carry that momentum into the new school year, and share your work with your peers.
As we prepare to welcome everyone back for the 2026–2027 school year under our theme, “Bright Futures: Driven by Excellence!”, we do so knowing that the work completed this summer has provided a strong foundation for continued success. Together, we will continue building a school community where every student is known, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
