🍂 FALL FESTIVAL UPDATE 🍂

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Springdale Elementary’s Fall Festival has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 24th.

Are you a local business, crafter, maker, or vendor? We’d love for you to join us for the Springdale Elementary Fall Festival! 🧡🦉

⏰ Festival: 5:00–7:00 PM
📍 Springdale Elementary School
💰 Vendor Fee: $40

Your $40 vendor fee includes an approximately 10’ x 10’ space in the parking lot. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any other supplies needed for their space.

🛠️ Vendor setup may begin at 3:30 PM.

💵 PAYMENT:
Cash or check is accepted. Checks should be made payable to Springdale Elementary with “Fall Festival Vendor Fee” in the memo line. Payments are also due by Wednesday, October 14th.

We want to make room for our very own Springdale student makers and crafters, too! We’ll have special tables dedicated to showcasing the creativity, talents, and entrepreneurial spirit of our students.
Does your student love to make bracelets, artwork, crafts, or other creations? We want to give our young entrepreneurs a chance to share their hard work and creativity with our school community! 🧑‍🎨🎨🧶💡

Every dollar collected through our Fall Festival helps Springdale Elementary provide exciting instructional opportunities, celebrations, and incentives for our students throughout the school year!

🌋☀️📚 Kindergarten is learning BIG things!

Our kindergarten students have been busy building their reading skills and learning all about the letter V! What better way to practice than with V for volcano? 🌋

They took their learning to the next level by building their very own volcanoes and watching them erupt! The excitement was contagious as they explored, experimented, and learned through hands-on discovery. 🧪🌋

After all that learning, they enjoyed a special snack outside while soaking up some sunshine in their pajamas and hats! ☀️🧢😴

We love seeing our youngest Owls learning, laughing, and making memories together! 🧡🤍

Mrs. Michele Matthews’ 8th grade students wrapped up their Forces & Motion unit with a fun and exciting culminating project — the Egg Drop Challenge!

Students put their knowledge of forces, motion, gravity, and impact to the test as they designed creative ways to protect an egg from a high drop. They had to think like engineers, test their designs, make adjustments, and see if their creations could survive the fall! 🧠🔬⚙️

The best part? They got to take their designs to new heights with the help of a tower truck! 🚒⬆️

A very special thank you to TNT Fire for providing a tower truck to help make this experience possible for our students. We truly appreciate our community partners who help us turn classroom learning into memorable, hands-on experiences!
