Dear Supporters of the AC Cougar Bands,
As Mrs. Weddington transitions into her new position within Alexander County Schools, we want to reassure our community that Alexander Central High School remains fully committed to delivering a high-quality music education experience as we enter the next chapter of the AC Cougar Bands. Administrative shifts often require difficult choices, but every decision is made with the absolute best interest of our students in mind. Please rest assured that Mr. Watkins and our school administration are working in close, deliberate collaboration. Our unified goal is to uphold and build upon the rich tradition of excellence that defines our band program.
