Parents and families of Bear Essentials Academy. On Monday May 4th we will be opening our doors once again to our families who need us.We want to take this time and thank all of you for being so patient with us during this pandemic. Thank you for helping our state and our healthcare personnel by staying home as much as possible and for keeping your little ones home as much as possible. We want to remind our families that due to Covid-19 we are being ran on an emergency basis. We have very limited staff and limited children in both our centers during these next few weeks. If arrangements have not been made for you to bring your children back this month please do not just show up unexpected. Please contact Brittney Futch, Wendy Pendleton, or Stephanie Drawe and we will make those arrangements. At this time we will not be allowing any parents in the centers. We are asking that parents drop and pick up their children at the main entrances. Someone will be there to greet you, take temperatures and get your children to their classrooms. If children are showing any signs of sickness they will not be allowed in. If any Covid-19 symptoms are present children will need a negative Covid -19 test or 14 days quarantine before returning. All adults must wear a face mask when dropping off and picking up children. Children must be bathed daily and in clean clothes to come to daycare. No shoes are allowed inside. We will have a place for them inside the lobby. If you have any concerns or questions please dont hesitate to give us a call. We want to thank you for taking these measures in helping us keep our staff, children, and center healthy and safe. We look forward to seeing you and are so excited to have some of these kiddos back in our care.

We have been closed since March 16th. We really miss the children and their families. It’s funny how much we take for granted, especially just every day interactions.. We can not wait to see our children and their families again.. God bless you all and take care.. See ya all soon

We want to thank everyone who was able to keep their kids home today and help us with supplies and such. As of today we feel it's in the community's best interest to close. Both centers will be closing and will remain closed for 2 weeks. We will keep everyone posted with further decisions. We hope everyone can stay safe and healthy.

Bear Essentials Academy parents and students....
As of today we are open and here for the families that need us. With that being said we are asking that those families who can work from home, have a family member watch their child, or can arrange their shifts so their children don't have to come to please do so. We have many immune compromised teachers who are not able to work during this time. Both centers have some young, healthy, wonderful teachers who are willing to continue to work to provide quality care to those who need it. With your help during this trying time we can provide childcare to our first responders, healthcare, and those with no other option. Thank you all so much for coming together and providing us with supplies and willingness to help. We deeply appreciate it.

Hurray We finally closed on the purchase of the new property... A new Bear Essentials Academy will be opening in about 6 to 8 weeks.. All of you on our waiting list will be able to join our program.. We are so excited!!!
