The Leadership at Greer Middle College would like to determine the interest in opening a Community School for grades 3-8. Sandy Flat Community School will be a tuition-free public charter school located near Taylors with a classical/STEAM model.

Construction has officially begun on the first phase of GPA’s new playground!
We were excited to celebrate this milestone with three incredible students who have each raised $1,000 or more for our Ready, Set, Play! campaign. Their names will be permanently displayed on a plaque at the playground!

Our first week of school is officially COMPLETE! 💙🔥

What better way to celebrate new beginnings from cutting the ribbon, some fun in the sun and stepping into new classrooms to meeting new friends, reconnecting with old ones, and settling into a brand new school year this week was one to remember! 🥹📚✨

Our Blazers have officially made these classrooms feel like home, and we can’t wait to see all the learning, laughter, growth, and memories that will happen inside these walls.

Week ONE is in the books! Let’s keep making it special, Blazers! 💙🔥

We are thrilled to celebrate the first three GPA students who have raised $1,000 or more through our Ready, Set, Play! Playground Challenge!

Tomorrow is a BIG day at GPA! 💙🔥

For the first time EVER this school year, ALL of our 3rd–8th grade Blazers will be together under one roof! 🥹

Our building is officially coming to life, and we cannot wait to see our hallways FULL of smiling faces, excitement, laughter, and Blazer spirit! 💙

Parents even though they may think they’re too old for it, walk them in tomorrow and GET THAT FIRST DAY PICTURE AT GPA! 📸😂 I promise just because they may roll their eyes at you , you’ll be so glad you have it.

Our 3rd & 4th grade Blazers had an AMAZING first day, and now we’re ready to welcome another group to GPA✨

Tomorrow, our 5th & 6th graders officially begin their first day at GPA! Teachers are ready, classrooms are ready, and we can’t wait to see those smiling faces walking through the doors!

⏰ Doors open at 7:30 AM
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents are welcome to walk students inside
