Finish…strong!

The Apostle Paul compares the Christian faith to a race. This race is not a sprint but more like an endurance race or marathon. Matthew 24:13 says that the one who endures to the end will be saved.

Our word to live by, Finish…strong, is exactly that—a word to live by. We teach our students to finish strong in many areas and they learn to translate that into the biblical reality of their Christian faith.

As our school year comes to a close, these words ring loud.

Our prayer for the last weeks of the 2025/2026 school year is that our students would not grow weary while doing good, but would Finish…strong!

These students represented their house enthusiastically during spirit week.

Here at Koinonia, we have a house system which allows students to work together “…to stir up one another to love and good works.” (Hebrews 10:24) while also enabling competition against the other houses for “Iron sharpens iron and one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17)

Since we believe education is a transfer of a way of life, the effects of a house system not only trains them for success in the classroom, but also for a successful life beyond our walls.

Our fall festival hit a new high with our talent show, reptile exhibit and raffle, and pie throwing contest.
Thanks to all who came out to support the mission here.

A huge thank you to Ms. Veneza and all of the PTA for their hard work and dedication to put together such a fun and successful event.

Grant unto me, O Lord, that with peace of mind I may face all that this new day is to bring. Grant unto me to dedicate myself completely to Thy Holy Will. For every hour of this day, instruct and support me in all things. Whatsoever tidings I may receive during the day, do Thou teach me to accept tranquilly, in the firm conviction that all eventualities fulfill Thy Holy Will. Govern Thou my thoughts and feelings in all I do and say. When things unforeseen occur, let me not forget that all cometh down from Thee. Teach me to behave sincerely and rationally toward every member of my family, that I may bring confusion and sorrow to none. Bestow upon me, my Lord, strength to endure the fatigue of the day, and to bear my part in all its passing events.
