The Early Learning Garden is a newer early learning center located in Taylor, PA. The Early Learning Garden is looking for an Assistant Teacher who is energetic and motivated.
As an Assistant Teacher you will have the ability to:
· Work with a teaching team in all activities- conduct daily small-group activities for an assigned group of children
· Assist to maintain classroom order, including cleanliness
· Encourage and inspire children to develop a love of learning through a positive and nurturing environment
· Provide coverage for breaks for other staff members
· Housekeeping, diapering, toilet training and meal prep
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have high school diploma!
CDA or AAS is preferred
1+ years working in ECE is a must!
Must have current clearances, including State Police Criminal Background check, Child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, NSOR
A completed health assessment and TB test
